Attention: Due to health reasons, Back to the Wild Kids' facilitator, Karlie, is currently unable to run weekly sessions. However, we do hold monthly Community Backyard events, which are open to anyone, and less frequent play date catch ups for our regular families to stay in touch.

Back to the Wild Kids runs Bush School nature immersion programs at a variety of outdoor locations around the City of Parramatta and beyond. Sessions are facilitated by Karlie, an experienced primary school teacher who also holds a Level 3 Forest School Leader qualification.

Each session is unique but also incorporates familiar routines and runs for approximately 2 hours. Sessions involve a balance of wild, unstructured nature play and structured, educational group activities and are suitable for children from walking age to around 10 years old. Locations are weather dependent and, therefore, upcoming sessions are loaded on this page approximately one week in advance. This is not a drop-off program, parents are required to attend.
